The Classic and Contemporary Bride!

Hello Ladies! Hope you all are doing fine and have gone through my previous posts to have an idea what this post is all about. If no then what you waiting for go check them out! As you all know I have mentioned in my previous post how a bride can ditch the basic red for her big day and go for some vibrant colours. I picked up this bright orange and pink Bridal lehenga from the Rajkumari spring and summer collection 2017-18. The Rajkumari clients enjoy personalized attention from trained fashion consultants who help select and style each outfit.

Through her cretivity and passion, Richa Haware has redefined the amalgation of the classic and the contemporary in 'My Royal Wedding' Rajkumari's Wedding Trousseau line. It draws inspiration from the magnificent opulence of Indo-western architecture from the time of Mughal Era.

The striking merger of geometric patterns with floral motifs and organic hues, textured fabrics like handloom raw silk, velvet and lustrous tulle make a collection of crisp silhouettes. Intricate zardozi, sequins and aariwork embroidery techniques have been widely used along with mellow resham and semi-precious metals. The colour palette is rich and subtle for the season ranging from Venetian red, maroon, navy blue, Castleton green to a gentle Tea Rose and beige. The rich banarasis, the woven fabrics, the opulent gottapatti work, the persian motifs, the enchanting florals bind the collection with timelessness and magnificence. The spring summer 2017-18 couture collection is indeed a royal affair, inspiring and splendid with the perfect synthesis of luxury, art and architecture.
