'Peachy Much!' Get Easter Ready ^_^

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE <3

So this weekend brings us a great reason to celebrate :D And on this positive note I am putting up my next blog post.. 'PEACHY MUCH!'

What's more prettier than a cute peach midi-dress and black heels? There are so many ways to style this midi-dress and flaunt it! I have kept my outfit simple by styling my dress with a black neck choker, Red sole black heels and a sling which I used as a purse after removing it's chain.
Keeping my hair frizzy, applying the blood red lip shade with a winged eyeliner, this is how I completed my look!

Dress: Forever 21
Heels: 20 dresses

ROCK IN RED! (Part 4)

COCKTAIL PARTY LOOK

(PART 4)

Hello everyone! I am back with the cocktail look of the wedding series I having been doing for quite a while. With me I have my model friend Raveena Tak who has collaborated with me this post.
What a cocktail look should be like? No super extra accessories, just a pretty party look with some confidence to carry your outfit. Gowns or short dresses can be the best choice for this event ;)

Okay! So you guys must be wondering why I wore a tube top gown when I don't have a perfect body? It's not about the perfect body, its about the perfect confidence you show in yourself to carry anything and everything with elegance. Dare to be you, no one will ever question your personality/ how you look. To share a small secret with you, I was very nervous while getting clicked with this dress but as time passed and Raveena kept motivating me saying that I was looking pretty with this dress, I ended up being very confident and completed my shoot. Never underestimate yourself :D
Cheers to the plumy girls out there <3
Coming to the dress, I am totally in love with this fish tail red gown from Blinge Fashion. Beautiful isn't it? Styled Raveena with a heart shaped neck piece and nude heels with this black slit gown. Keeping a statement neck piece, I added small earrings with them and my trusted pair of black heels to complete my look!

Black in trend! :D (part 3)

BLACK IN TREND!

The reception look!

Hello ,Now that the wedding is over all the ladies gear up for the reception party and do you guys know what is the main part of the reception the beautiful attire we girls carry ;)
It's always who looks the best thing during weddings but lets make it who looks the most unique <3

For my reception styling chose a golden based heavy designed saree because it looks really royal and happening! With that I have paired up a black high neck top with long sleeves to give my attire more like a royal look!
Did you guys notice my saree styling? I have not worn it the normal way. Instead of taking my saree pallu from right hand side to the left shoulder, I have taken it from the right hand side of the saree to my right shoulder. It looks like a dupatta! Something new ;)
For accessories I have opted for a beautiful pair of black stone rings and earrings. Did a slight braid knot as my hairstyle.

Band Baja Barat! (Part2)

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! I am back! The most important part of the wedding is the 'jaymala / fere' And what can be more better than a red and yellow two piece outfit? Everyone wants to look the best in the wedding, So here is a simple yet elegant way you can style your ghagra choli!

BAND BAJA BARAT!

PART 2

THE JAYMALA / FERE

Okay! So I have kept my outfit quite simple because I always think weddings are hectic, like there is a lot of work to do. Greeting the guests, looking after the bride and the groom, helping family members in preparations etc. So rather than accessorizing much, I would love to go for less layering of my ornaments.
I have worn my old Bharatnatyam ornaments which I had used 5 years ago, two statement pieces in my hand ( the kadas ) and with that my petal shaped earrings. All my accessories are pearl based with red and green stones having an intricate design. Elegant isn't it?

A ROYAL AFFAIR! (Part 1)

Hello Lovely Ladies! Firstly, A Happy Women's Day to all of you. We run the world, without a women the world would not have progressed this well. They say, " Behind every successful man there is a women!" Yes true. She is a mother, she is daughter, she is a wife, she is a sister, SHE IS A WOMEN!
So on this very special day, I am going to write my first blog post of the year 2016! I guess no other day would have been the best for my first write-up of the year. Dedicated to all the strong women, the important ladies in my life and my beautiful mother!

A ROYAL AFFAIR

(Part 1 of the big fat Indian weddings)

SANGEET/ RING CEREMONY LOOK

I have seriously paired up some of my old stuff in my wardrobe which I found the other day for a perfect sangeet or an engagement look! Most of the girls must be having a white ghagra with golden  border because its one of the wardrobe essentials!

I have paired up my golden blouse with my white ghagra and used my mom's old salvar suit dupatta. With that I went for some golden jhumkas and traditional footwear!
Gold has always been the best colour to flaunt in weddings and functions. Cannot think of a pretty outfit? Search your wardrobe I am sure every one of you will find something beautiful for such events. My dupatta had a lot of work, so I did not accessorize myself much. And at the end a bindi on the forehead completes this entire look! Beautiful isn't it?
