Hello! Lovely ladies! Welcome back to my blog. Firstly, I want to thank you, Yes you who is reading my article. It's all because of you I am here today and at this level with all your love and support. As you all know it was birthday yesterday and therefore I had to go for my pre-birthday shopping! This time I decided on going in for something more on the elegant and simpler way. I discovered this oh so lovely collection at the 'FIONA SOLITARES' store in Vashi which is the perfect match to ones own personality. It's not only about buying jewellery it's all about owning a priceless possession.

I wanted to go for a statement piece with some head turner design and also something that would be as catchy as the spark in you. At Fiona they have the finest collection of minimilastic jewellery which is perfect for any occasion such as weddings or parties also formal meetings too. Also they take up custom orders to give you the best what you deserve!

For my first look I went for a single lined necklace, a single lined bracelet, heart shaped earrings and two mega stone finger rings in the silver base. I paired up all these pieces with a black pleated lace skirt, floral peplum top and my super comfy sheer bomber jacket to give it a more of a formal look in the monochrome palatte.

For my second look I went for an elegant orange hue ethnic maxi dress and paired it up with an emerald green pendant and earring set to hit the colour blocking trend. With that I went for some similar kind of mega stone rings and single lined bracelet but this time in the golden base and also added up a set of  three bangles to make it look more Indiana!

SwanlxFashionSpectrum

Hello Guys! How are you all doing? Hope everything is good. Long time no see, hahah. I was extremely busy with some events and work. I have been very inactive on my blog, so apologies. Accessories are the cherry on the cake for us and our outfits. They add up the glam to a dull outfit or are the best equation to your dressing math which gives us 1+1=4.
Coming to the post for today I am extremely happy to be a part of the Swanl Official family and present to you their two beautiful pieces from their collection. So, without any futher dues, Let's get started.

Photography By: Krishna Pillai

Location Courtesy: Rajkumari Flagship Store, Vashi.

I am recently crushing over this beautifully designed new york boho chic earring so much. This is such a statement piece in your accessory collection and can go with anything and everything you wear, whether it is a casual wear, a traditional wear or a semi formal wear. It just adds up to the beauty of your outfit. I paired it with my floral skirt and silver shirt keeping the accessorizing very minimilistic by just wearing these statement earrings.

So next up we have the Star pendant red ribbon choker. I have fallen for this velvet strip choker so bad that I cannot get rid of the fact that how gorgeous it looks after wearing it. It is the perfect date night or a cocktail party accessory. The choker gives your outfit and elegant yet trendy touch and speaks out on it's own.

You can shop this collection on: https://www.swanl.com/

So this is the end of the post, hope you guys like it and use the code (copy and paste at checkout) while shopping at Swanl and avail 20% off on your orders! So hurry up and shop now.

19 June, 2017, Mumbai: This summer, Asian Paints, Indias leading paint company, is kicking off from the humdrum and venturing into the unknown. Asian Paints introduces the Signature Look- a décor look carefully curated by Asian Paints décor consultants to bring your love for travel into your home and heart. The Signature Décor Solutions service makes it easy for homemakers to paint their memories and stories onto their walls. It allows homemakers to co-create intricately designed, personalised spaces where every décor accessory, furnishing and detail accentuates the mood of the room, using the walls as the perfect canvas to bring travel experiences to life! One can even choose from the many pre-designed artworks on offer. Customers can also paint their bucket lists on their walls and get customized décor recommendations from their Signature décor consultants.

The latest trend in home décor is here – ‘Signature Look. The launch, themed The World Homeward takes you on a journey that breathes fresh air into your lungs and makes you cherish the memories that have made you, you. One such Signature Look that has been designed integrates the cultural influence of Portugal on the Indian state of Goa. The effortless integration of these two seemingly contrasting cultures has lent a uniqueness to Goan culture that cannot be found anywhere else in the subcontinent. The resulting décor uses laid back chairs and earthen toned walls to imitate the beach shacks whereas the accessories echo the fluidity and tranquillity of the sea. The space embodies the essence of Goan culture and creates an environment one would love to come home to every day.

The services will be made available exclusively at the Asian Paints Colour Store, Bandra and you can also book a session online or gain more information at: http://colourstore.asianpaints.com/expert/1

Speaking on the launch, Rashi Bhartia, Marketing Executive-Retailing, Asian Paints Ltd says, Every home is the embodiment of the person or family that lives there. It is a place that we all want to be special, where every nook and corner must mean something. And so it is our endeavour to help our consumers do just that! It is with great pride that we launch Signature Look for our consumers this season, which gives their travel experiences and ideas a visual representation. About the Speakers

Kaustubh Khade  Kaustubh can best be described as a sport enthusiast. But it is his love for kayaking that has taken him deep into uncharted waters and he thrives on being left to find his footing. Not only has he represented the country at international kayaking tournaments, he also holds the Limca Record for completing a 500kms solo kayaking journey from Mumbai to Goa. To us, a trip from Mumbai to Goa might seem like an invitation to kick back and sip cocktails on the beach. To Kaustubh, it is an invitation to kayak alone, in deep, sea waters. His recent kayaking journey began in Kutch and ended at Kanyakumari. Hear him share his experiences and his love for the water with your feet planted firmly on terra firma.

Yeshwant Holkar  Yeshwant is the co-founder of Umoja  an online platform that curates and develops travel plans for families where loved ones have limited mobility. Yeshwants journey of making Indian tourism more accessible for everyone is a heartwarming initiative made even more remarkable when viewed alongside Indias overarching lack of inclusive measures for differently abled people. Umoja has been pivotal in bringing awareness and improving accessibility. Yeshwant has a repertoire of compelling stories and we have an evening to get acquainted with them.

Rishab Joshi from Lost Stories   Lost Stories is one of the largest music talents of the country. The duo has performed for numerous prestigious stages, including Sunburn and Tomorrowland alongside international artists like DJ Tiesto, Dash Berlin, Boombaba etc. Their musical genius has landed them the title of being Indias leading electronic dance music performers/DJs but they arent resting on past accolades.  Their cover of Justin Beibers Sorry with Armaan Malik clocked over a half million hits on YouTube. They are currently collaborating on new music with numerous national and international artists, which is expected to hit the market soon. Rishab has played for renowned clubs like Knox, Versuz, and Opium in Europe and crazy experiences were par for the course. He is the younger genius of the two and enjoys connecting with people. An evening of swapping travel stories with him will revive the music aficionado in you.

Pump up the Basics!

Hello Guys!!!! Phew! It was such a long and relaxing break, missed writing blogs for you guys. Tho my BA papers are still remaining I planned to put up some posts for you all. Now that you know how beautiful the weather has become it's the perfect summrish with the little windy and cloudy. Love it <3 I always think maxi dress is the most basic piece in your wardrobe and can be styled in a million different ways for this season. Here are two of my boho inspired looks of a simple ruby red maxi dress. So, without any futher due let's get started!

Photography: Krishna Pillai ( Kp Clickz)

So my first look is quite nerdy and has some colour blocking going on there. I have paired up two intense colours together, Red and Blue. Along with it I went for a messy half top knot, my basic denim shirt, nerdy glasses, a blue stone studded half moon choker and my trusted pair of beige heels.
For my second look I went with a very elegant and a basic kind of base by setting up my look with a pair of beautiful peacock earrings and a marble stud hand cuff. I wanted to go for a very minimilastic look and highlight how that red stands out.

So I try to keep it short, sweet and to the point. Hope you guys found this post helpful. Stay tuned for the next one.

Monday Monochrome #GirlBoss

Good Morning Lovely Ladies! Hope you all are doing fine and are all ready to kick start our week with all good vibes. Monday is the day everybody curses after having a kickass weekend. But what if a perfect outfit makes your day and you feel all energetic at your work place? That's the magic of a great outfit. We all have heard of monday blues but this time let's get it into the monochrome palatte. So without any futhur dues let's get started.

Photography: Krishna Pillai

I planned to pair up my monochrome stripped jumpsuit with a sheer bomber jacket. So let me tell you a small funny story with bomber I got! This jacket is from Allen solly which just caught my attention in the first go and was kept in the mens section plus it was for 4k plus it was a size bigger than my actual one that equals to a big NO from my mom, haha! But I don't know how god felt bad for me and suddenly the person says mam it is on discount as its a last piece and actually got it for 2k. Giving some styling ideas to mom I somehow convienced her and she finally agreed! So much of hardwork :p
Okay so coming to the styling I kept the monochrome palatte in mind and worked out the whole outfit. Adding up a pair of black heels and a white bag with the attire I went for a pop of colour for which applied a rose red shade lipcolour also kept my eyes related to black and white concept with adding a white line of eyeliner over my black one, sleek and classy!
