Friendship Day post ^_^

First of all a very very Happy Friendship Day to all of you! ^_^
Yes, Your guesses were right, The special friend with whom  I am putting up this post is none other than RUHI KHATU <3 And the pictures for this post are clicked by my school friend SHUBHUM RAUT :* ;) Shubhum, 13 years of friendship and still counting! cheers :* ^_^ Arghh! I feel so lucky o:)

So this time Ruhi and I decided to wear something different yet similar :p Both of us are online shopping freaks and our all time favorite site is KOOVS.COM. We swear to god this is one of best sites we have ever seen, with hell loads of variety in dresses, jumpsuits, pants etc. We found out these super cozy and sexy kimono coats while browsing KOOVS. She got one with a floral print and I got one with a funky leaf print. Green and blue, best colours for monsoon, cool and classy!

Wearing a crop top or plain white/ black top with you trusted pair of blue or black jeans will always go with a kimono coat you plan to wear! But always keep in mind if your coat is dark in colour go with dark shades only and if it is light in colour go with a light combination only. It won't disturb your combination and will look classy!

Ruhi gifted me these long triangular shaped earrings which go perfectly with my outfit. Because of the long length of the earrings I went with a high pony tail. But never mind if you keep your hair open which suits your look. She went with accessorizing herself by wearing a white beady bracelet and a dream catcher neck piece which she got online from an instagram account JEWELSBYNAOMI.

Go Green! ;)

Hello People! I am back with a small post of my birthday outfit 2!! This was the second day of my birthday celebration and it turned out to be one hell of a day. Green is one of my favorite colours including black and blue :p I know I have a long list of favorites but never mind, it happens ;) Green is a cool colour and a statement colour as well. It cannot be styled any how, but can be used keeping in mind what shade of green you are wearing! I went for shopping to RELIANCE TRENDS the other day and found this top which just caught my attention and I think its not a bad choice though :P

Okay! So lets see how a green can be styled keeping the colour tint in mind. Now my top is a light green one. Always remember that a light green/ neon green top, dress, crop top, one piece or kurti should be paired up with a darker colour. For eg. A light green top and a black or blue jeans is a perfect combination, the way I have shown. On the other hand if the outfit is in a darker shade of green like the olive green or dark green pair it up with a lighter shade of bottoms or jeans. Always go for an opposite match in greens.

Now coming to the accessories, both dark greens and light greens can go well with a golden or a black based rings, handcuffs etc. Keep your accessorizing simple so that your dress becomes the highlight! Here in my outfit with a beautiful multi coloured design at the back which gives a more trendy look! This is not a kurti but a top with a traditional print! Isn't is beautiful?
So, I have paired up my light green top with a black bottom jeans with a golden based hand cuff and a ring. To add up with a bit funk I wore my mercury sunglasses and my black heels! Try it out guys.. it looks pretty cool ^_^

Birthday Post!! ^_^

Finally the wait is over!! The best shoot till date is up! It was my birthday on 1st of July and so I was super excited for my new birthday dress. I had a birthday week where I actually celebrated my birthday everyday :P Crazy isn't it?
In this post I will be posting outfit number 1 from all the looks I had planned for my birthday! So, lets get started!

This is definitely one of the dresses added to my favorites! Because black is love <3 The minute I saw it online I knew its making its way to the blog soon and I have to get hold of it. I actually created a look in my head and was successful in presenting it the way I planned it.I ordered this dress from KOOVS.COM. This online fashion store is one of the best place where you can get stuffs which you desire to buy online.

I opted for my gold base hand cuff and neck slings. My golden shimmer heels made up a great pair with my outfit. Red boots or Black heels will also do with such kind of an outfit. As the neck of the dress is tall and covers up your collar bones do not go for neck fitted pieces, always go for long neck slings with such kind of a fitted neck. Coming to the makeup section, I opted for a smoky eye makeup with nude skin toning. Maroons, Reds or Dark brown shades of lipsticks are best with black.
Golden shimmer baser on my cheek bones enhances my face shape and highlighted the look even more.

DETAILS: Dress: KOOVS
                    Neck slings: Forever 21
                    Rings: Colaba
                    Hand cuff: Inorbit
                    Footwear: Catwalk

Monochrome piece!

Hello there! Its the weekend again! I sometimes feel that the entire week just flies. Anyways, so I have been trying to do regular outfit posts because I know most of the viewers love looking at outfits. Personally I love looking at outfits myself, browsing through blogs and having a look at perspectives of individual styles.

I have being wanting to try this jumpsuit since a very long time but I did not do so because I knew I will be investing very less time in it and wearing it rarely. So when this time saw this piece in my wardrobe I planned to wear it for my next post. Now this jumpsuit being all in a monochrome technique which I am in forever love with, I planned to go a little quirky with my styling. I opted for my plain black long shrug/ robe, with my favorite black heels. To add up to the look I wore my black beads neck piece with a silver base. Keeping my hair simply flowing down on my shoulders I planned out my look.

DETAILS: Jumpsuit: OMG
                    Robe: Local shop
                    Heels: Shoppers stop
                    Neck piece: Globus

So, see ya people! Keeping this post short and sweet I am signing out now. Meet you soon with a fresh new post. Right here. Till then stay tuned. :*
